Truitt & White had been experiencing network and performance issues for years. The IT group supporting the campus was unable to deliver an acceptable solution. This cycle continued for over two years. Each change improved the issue for a time, but the underlying problems were never solved.
Performance eventually became a weekly, and in some cases, daily issue.
Cisco Meraki, the primary network vendor onsite, introduced us to Truitt & White. We offered to complete an onsite survey at NO COST.
Our visit, and internal discussion, gave us the confidence that we would solve the network and stability issues. We were so sure in fact, we offered a guarantee that if we could not improve and stabilize the network, they did not have to pay!
We immediately jumped into the multi-block campus network issues. Within one day, we worked out a plan to re-engineer and simplify.
Within 2 visits all major issues were resolved.
This successful project led the way to Truitt & White becoming a monthly client in which we support, plan, and work together to keep the business running day to day.
